The cloth or felt used for hand paste molding should be pre-treated, and the fiber reinforced material that has been pre-treated should be selected as far as possible. No matter what kind of fiber and products, be sure to keep dry before use, free from oil. At the same time, the cutting design of the reinforcement material is also very important, and the cutting should generally be concentrated in order to improve efficiency and save cloth.
Resin preparation: Resin is the main curing agent of FRP, and its viscosity, gel time and curing degree are the key process indicators that need to be controlled when preparing resin adhesive. The viscosity of the resin is too high, which will make it difficult to apply glue and not easy to soak the reinforcement material. If the viscosity is too low, the glue will flow and affect the quality. Gel time refers to the time when the resin glue is prepared and begins to heat, sticky and lose fluidity, which needs to be controlled within the appropriate range to ensure the quality of construction. The degree of curing determines the strength and performance of the product.

1. Prepare raw materials
Main materials: The raw materials of stainless steel mainly include iron, chromium, nickel, molybdenum and other alloying elements. These elements are mixed in proportion to form stainless steel with specific properties.
Pretreatment: Before the raw material is put into production, it may need to be cleaned, screened and other pretreatment work to ensure its purity and quality.
2. Smelting and casting
Melting: Put the prepared raw material into an electric furnace or other melting equipment for high temperature melting. This process usually takes several hours to ensure that the raw materials are completely melted and mixed evenly.
Casting: Molten steel is cast into semi-finished form such as slab, square billet, square billet, bar or round tube. These semi-finished products will be used for subsequent molding and processing.
Step 3 Form
Hot and cold rolling: According to the different needs of the product, semi-finished steel may be hot rolled or cold rolled. Hot rolling is rolling under high temperature conditions, which is suitable for the production of thick plates. Cold rolling is rolled at room temperature to improve the surface finish and dimensional accuracy of the product.
Other forming methods: such as argon arc welding, plasma welding, etc., for the production of stainless steel pipes and other products. In addition, it is possible to process round tubes into square or rectangular tubes by extrusion, drawing and other processes.

Material sorting
Importance: The selection of stone carvings is the first step in the production of stone carvings, but also a crucial step. The choice of stone material directly affects the quality and beauty of stone carving.

Pyrosmelting:
Matte smelting: under high temperature and oxidation atmosphere conditions, copper sulfide concentrate is melted to produce MeS eutectic (matte), so that copper is enriched in matte, and most of the iron oxide and the added solvent slagging.
Converter blowing: Through oxidation reaction, Fe and S and some other harmful impurities in matte are removed, and matte is converted into crude copper.
Fire refining: Air is pumped into the crude copper melt in the refining furnace, so that impurities such as zinc, iron, lead, nickel and so on, which have a large affinity for oxygen in the melt, float on the surface of the melt in the form of oxides to form slag, or volatilize into the furnace gas and remove. After oxidation and reduction process, anode copper is obtained.
Electrolytic refining: the anode copper is put into the electrolytic cell, the pure copper sheet is used as the cathode sheet, and the aqueous solution of copper sulfate and sulfuric acid is used as the electrolyte. Under the action of direct current, the copper and the metal with negative potential on the anode dissolve into the solution, while the precious metals and some metals (selenium, tellurium) are insoluble, and become the anode slime precipitation at the bottom of the electrolytic cell. The copper ions in the solution are preferentially precipitated on the cathode to form cathode copper (electrolytic copper), and the purity can reach more than 99.99%.
Wet smelting:
It is mainly targeted at low grade refractory oxidized copper ore or low grade sulfide and oxidized mixed copper ore. The copper metal element is dissolved into the solution by sulfuric acid and other solvents, and then the concentration of copper in the solution is increased by extraction and reverse extraction, and finally the electrodeposition is produced as electrodeposition copper (also known as wet copper and wet refined copper).
